• Upgrades are prorated and take effect immediately
• Downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing cycle

7.4 Cancellation

• You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings
• Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period
• You retain access to paid features until the end of your billing period
• No refunds are provided for partial billing periods

8. Free Trial

New users may be eligible for a free trial period. Trial terms (duration, features) will be clearly disclosed at signup. You can cancel during the trial without charge. If not canceled, your payment method will be charged at the end of the trial period.

9. Consultation Limits

Each subscription plan includes a specific number of consultations per month. Limits reset on your billing cycle date. Unused consultations do not roll over to the next billing period.
